Working Days : _**6 days, 2 shifts (Follow retail hour)**_
Basic : _**RM2,200 (Entry) - RM2,600 (Maximum)**_
Will provide : _**Outlet incentive**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Being the second PIC, supporting Store Manager on staffing, reporting and inventory matters
- To assist the Store Manager in supervising the sales operations and achieving the sales target
- To provide excellent customer service to customers and attend to customers' inquiries, feedback and complaints
- Maintain in-store merchandising/product presentation
- Coordinate sufficient stock level

**Requirements**:

- At least **2 years of working experience as Supervisor/Senior Retail in the retail operations or fashion background.**:

- Possess good interpersonal skills and communications skills.
- Good problem solving skills and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate positive mindset and attitude.
- Adaptable, disciplined and self-motivated.
- Sales oriented and excellent in customer service skills.
- Pleasant personality, fun and professional conduct with the ability to work under pressure.
- **Able to communicate in English** and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be able to work according to Retail Shifts, Weekend and Public Holiday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
