Manage, safeguard and maintain a proper and regular maintenance of ompany assets, vehicle and premises.
- Establish th necessary security system which includes office keys management, CCTV & patrol records and others.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance, bulbs & toiletries inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking electrical material stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing & experditing orders for electrical materials and review invoice.
- Monitor repairing and maintenance works such as electrical, drainage, plumbing, genset, road and toilet to en sure all facilities are in good condition.
- Responsible in reviewing and evalauting existing service provider, such as cleaner, security guard and others in term of services providers to ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
- Assist parlour daily operation which includes customer inquiry, parlor check in and check out.
- Particiate as an organizing committee on company events such as Enlightenment Ceremony, NV Star Awards and others.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- School leaver is welcome to apply.
- Willing to work in Kulai, Johor.
