**POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY**
To ensure that all human resources and administration related activites at Airport are conducted in a timely manner; properly and professionally - prepared and executed accordingly.
**ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS**
- Work closely with Human Resource Services Department; Corporate Office and assisting in the implementation of the company’s activities; policies and procedures as HR Support/HR Local.
- Assist staff in preparing headcounts; budgets submission and other relevant reports.
- Perform ad hoc duties; assignments and other activities when directed and required by the superior.
- Record staffs annual leave and other administrative matters in HR Unit.
- Compile HPM appraisal and settings for all HR staff.
**Key Challenges**:
- To achieve the yearly KPI as targeted and set down by the management.
- To ensure all HR matters are executed and updated accordingly.
- To receive and assist where necessary of staff complaints on timeliness and inaccuracy of the response of HR issues.
**Skills**:
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service oriented with pleasant personality.
- Good in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Must be computer literate.
- Preferably possess working knowledge in SAP.
**Relevant Industries**:
Diploma Preferable with minimum 1 year relevant working experience
**Education**:
Diploma in Business Admin / Human Resource Management or any related discipline
**Additional Information**:
