- MIN. DIPLOMA IN RELATED FIELD (ADMINISTRATION SCIENCE OR BUSINESS ADMIN COURSE WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE)
- MIN. 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS AN ADMIN
- (OR HR WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE)
- FAMILIAR WITH CONSTRUCTION FIELD
- GOOD SKILLS OF MICROSOFT APPLICATION & LETTERS ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE OF LABOR LEGISLATION GOOD VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS AGGRESSIVE, FAST LEARNER AND KEEN IN DETAILS
**JOB SCOPE**:
- FAMILIAR AND INVOLVE IN COMPANY TENDERING PROGRESS, CIDB LISCENCE (CIMS SYSTEM) AND GOV TENDER
- MAINTAIN THE DAILY OPERATIONS OF HR & ADMIN DEPARTMENTS TO PREPARE, COMPILE AND ENSURING DOCUMENTATION IS KEEP UP TO DATE FOR SUBMISSION
- MANAGE THE WHOLE SPECTRUM OF DOCUMENT FILING, ARCHIVES, RECORD AND ISSUANCE FOR PROJECT DOCUMENT ARE PROPERLY MAINTAINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH QUALITY REQUIREMENTS TO ENSURE ALL DOCUMENTS HAVE NO ERRORS/MISTAKES CONTROLLING COMPANY AND PROJECT DOCUMENTATION MONITOR AND MANAGE OFFICE REQUIREMENTS
- ABILITY TO TARGET AND MAINTAINING DEADLINES
- RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL SPECTRUM OF ADMINISTRATION AND HR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES AS ASSIGNED BY SUPERIOR
