Admin HR Assistant

Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors. They perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly. Other responsibilities:
- To handle in day to day operation of the HR functions and duties. To handle in payroll related matters such as processing and reporting. Monitoring leave and attendance, updates of employee personnel files, and other related administration. To prepare related letters to HR such as offer, confirmation and acceptance of resignation To ensure timely distribution of payroll. To handle in employees grievance, discipline related matters etc. General administration task and any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned from time to time.
