**Job Title: Brand Manager (F&B)**

**Location: Seri Kembangan**

**Salary Range:RM8000-RM12000**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to elevate brand presence and

achieve business objectives in shopping mall and outlet environments.
- Implement promotional strategies aimed at increasing membership and enhancing

customer engagement.
- Build and mentor an internal marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment to

drive innovation and execution excellence.
- Collaborate with external agencies to strategize and execute marketing initiatives,

ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring expenses are within allocated limits

and delivering measurable ROI.
- Utilise CRM data to analyze customer behavior, derive actionable insights, and

drive personalized marketing efforts.
- Provide comprehensive market insights and analysis to support strategic

decision-making and business planning.
- Identify and address training needs within the marketing department to enhance skills

and capabilities.
- Ensure strong P&L management, with detailed reporting on expenses and

profitability of marketing activities.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen in planning and executing marketing strategies

that align with company objectives and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in P&L management and driving marketing effectiveness in the

retail F&B sector, preferably within shopping mall environments.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to generating and executing

innovative marketing ideas.
- Ability to provide detailed reporting, analyse expenses, and drive ROI-focused

planning.
- Strong business acumen with the potential to grow into a future Chief Marketing

Officer role.
- Passionate about the brand's core values, with a can-do attitude and a commitment

to personal and professional growth.
- Demonstrated ownership of job responsibilities and a track record of delivering

results in a dynamic business environment.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
