1. Job Responsibilities
- assist sales, human resource, procurement and finance department in handling the day-to-day admin duties
- help Managing Director in all his admin related works
- manage office facilities and office cleanliness (e.g : stationeries replenishment, up-keep of office facilities, liaising with suppliers on repairs, managing office cleaners, etc.)
- manage office liaise with relevant authorities for product testings
- monitor and renew company registrations and certifications with relevant authorities and bodies
- some travelling required
2. Pre-Requisites
- minimum diploma in business admin or other related fields
- at least 3 years admin experience
- good computer skills, especially in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
- initiative with good interpersonal and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,300.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
