**Position**: Inside Sales Outbound Telesales

**Job Descriptions**:

- Make proactive outbound calls to promote Micro SME products and services.
- Use scripts, tools, and product knowledge to generate leads and sales.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
- Manage assigned leads to ensure high conversion and closure rates.
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets.
- Prepare and execute scheduled sales calls with proper follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Stay updated on company culture, product knowledge, and services.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Inside Sales.

**Job Requirements**:

- SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales or telesales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Malay; Mandarin or Tamil proficiency preferred.
- Strong persuasion skills with patience, persistence, and a sales-driven attitude.
- Computer literate with good typing and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs.
- MUST be able to start work immediately.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
