Attending to Import and Export Sea Freight shipments and updating details in the system.
- Monitoring sea freight shipments and advising customers accordingly on the ETD and ETA upon inquiry.
- Maintain proper documentation filing of all operations correspondences and reports.
- Coordinate with shipping lines to update all new buying rates and maintain on file for reference.
- Make telephone calls to customers to inform them of all details shipment update both export and import.
- Maintain proper records of customer correspondence.
- Maintain proper housekeeping in the Customer Service Department.
- Compile monthly report to superior as directed.
- To ensure all supply of operations materials are current.
- Maintain a current profile of all and shipping schedules out of departing and disseminating same to customers regularly.
- Confers with the customer and internal departments to resolve problems.
- To performs any other duties as and when instructed by immediate superior.
- To be able to maintain a pleasant voice tone in liaising with customers in any situation.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
