**Job Summary**:
The CSR Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring corporate social responsibility initiatives that align with the organization’s values and goals. The role focuses on building community relationships, executing CSR programs, and ensuring measurable impact through responsible and sustainable practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the development and execution of CSR strategies, programs, and events.
- Coordinate with community partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries to implement CSR projects.
- Conduct research on social and environmental trends to propose relevant initiatives.
- Manage CSR project documentation, reporting, and impact assessment.
- Assist in planning awareness campaigns, workshops, and volunteer activities for employees.
- Monitor budget allocation and expenditures for CSR projects.
- Prepare CSR reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant CSR guidelines and sustainability standards.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Sustainability, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or community engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Project management and event coordination experience.
- Passion for social impact, sustainability, and community development.
- Analytical skills with the ability to prepare reports and evaluate project outcomes.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.

**Working Location: Kuchai Lama, KL**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
