**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma or Certificate in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience is required.
- Preferably with experience in hospitality services, clerical, or administrative Support.
- Pleasant personality with a polite and tactful demeanor.
- Computer literate and able to work independently with a high level of commitment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in front desk operations or as a customer service officer in a shopping mall will be an added advantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Reception/Information Counter including opening and closing duties, and ensure the reception remains clean and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming calls: answer, screen, re-direct, and relay messages promptly and professionally.
- Greet visitors, guests and employees courteously and create a welcoming environment.
- Address visitors’ enquiries and guide them to the appropriate offices.
- Page internal staff and visitors as required.
- Receive, sort and distribute all incoming mails (postal or courier) to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Coordinate with courier companies for dispatches and maintain courier consignment records.
- Prepare and manage security access cards for visitors and subcontractors.
- Record and update visitor logs and summaries.
- Conduct safety induction for visitors and contractors, if necessary.
- Assist in managing meeting room bookings for visitors.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
