**1**. Ecommerce & Digital Marketing**
- Manage Company’s digital marketing platforms including e-commerce website, official stores in e-commerce marketplaces and social media.
- Develop, manage and drive for growth in e-commerce sales to achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with Warehouse Team to ensure Inventory are Inbounded and Orders are Shipped-On-Time.
- Grow the Company’s brand and product awareness and loyalty through digital marketing.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns including developing marketing contents for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and XHS.
- Conduct marketing research for new product development with regards to pricing, competitor analysis, market trends, customer behaviour study, and observation to identify new business opportunities.
- Create, develop, plan and execute content calendar for all the brands.
- Work closely with marketing and creative team in order to align the brand plan and meet the timeline.
- Manage Customer Service chat platforms to ensure Excellent Customer Experience of the Assigned Brands. Monitor and respond to customer reviews on marketplaces.
- Support R&D team in new product development and continuous quality improvement by compiling and analysing customer feedback.
- To provide reports and all the documents needed for ecommerce and digital marketing relevant.

**2. Administrative and Ad-Hoc Projects**
- Handle relevant marketing administrative tasks
- Support tactical / ad-hoc marketing activities or projects to support the success of business objectives

**Key Requirements**
- Experienced and highly passionate in e-commerce, digital marketing and social media marketing. Social media influencers are encouraged to apply.
- Passionate in social media, photography
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Proficient in language Mandarin, English, Malay and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and multi-task and prioritize
- Adaptability to meet tight deadlines and performing well under pressure.
- Fresh graduates with high ambition, self-confident, vibrant and energetic personalities are encourage to apply.
- Possess own transport.
