Position Objective: To manage and optimize ecommerce activities across Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada, with a strong focus on live streaming and affiliate marketing. This role also involves recruiting, managing, and monitoring live stream hosts to maximize engagement and sales performance.

2) Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

a) Live Streaming & Host Management::

i) Be the live stream host during working hours to promote products, engage with audiences, and drive sales.

ii) Recruit part-time/full-time live stream hosts or engage with agencies to support live selling.

iii) Plan, schedule, and manage live streaming sessions to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

iv) Monitor live sessions in real-time, providing feedback and support to improve engagement and effectiveness.

v) Track and calculate live host working hours, preparing reports for the accounts department to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.

vi) Analyze live stream performance data and optimize content strategies based on audience preferences.

b) Affiliate Marketing & Influencer Partnerships:

i) Identify and filter potential affiliates and influencers who align with the brand, ensuring high-quality collaborations.

ii) Arrange product samples to selected affiliates/influencers within the allocated budget.

iii) Prepare weekly/monthly reports and analysis on affiliate/influencer performance, measuring ROI and effectiveness.

iv) Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates/influencers by offering incentives, exclusive promotions, and performance-based bonuses.

v) Plan and execute ads boost and traffic boost strategies for affiliates/influencers to create a win-win partnership that benefits both parties.

c) Promotions & Campaign Execution:

i) Plan and implement promotional activities for live streaming and affiliate activities.

ii) Work closely with the PIC to align campaign efforts with overall ecommerce goals.

d) Performance Tracking & Reporting:

i) Analyze key metrics related to sales on live stream and affiliate marketing efforts.

ii) Provide insights and recommendations to improve livestream and affiliate activities.

3) Performance Measures and Standards:

a) Sales growth and conversion rates on livestream and affiliate marketing.

b) Success in recruiting and managing live stream hosts.

c) Accuracy in tracking and reporting live host working hours and payments.

d) Effectiveness of influencer/affiliate partnerships, including ROI, engagement, and traffic generated.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
