**Training Management Services (TMS) Administrator**

**The role**

In line with our business strategies and expansion, we are recruiting dynamic, committed and customer service oriented personnel to become part of our Training Management Services (TMS) team in Malaysia.

RelyOn Nutec Training Management Services (TMS) helps maritime, oil and gas, renewable energy, and industrial companies manage their training, competence and compliance requirements so that they can focus on their core activities.

As a TMS Administrator, you will be the supportive force behind the efficient and high quality delivery of the Training Management Services to our clients. We imagine you as someone that feels most comfortable completing work with care and precision, enjoys incorporating new and effective ways to achieve the best results for clients and team members and eager to work together with others.

Ideally, you have worked in an office environment before where you gathered experience in performing administrative tasks and working collaboratively as part of a wider team. As a TMS Administrator, you will be reporting to the Manager, Training Services.

**Key tasks and responsibilities**
- Performing administrative tasks such as registrations, data extraction and quality control to ensure high quality delivery of Training Management Services to our clients
- Delivering excellent customer service in support of the Training Management Services to clients
- Handling incoming queries and requests from clients and team members
- Supporting the TMS team as required

**Job requirements**
- Have a relevant diploma or degree in a related/relevant administrative discipline
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good written and oral English
- Experience in performing administrative activities such as inputting and handling data into data bases, recordkeeping, reporting and filing
- Very well organized - managing various degrees of workload and prioritizing where necessary to ensure quality service is provided
- Experience in providing excellent customer service
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to use IT systems e.g. Office365

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
