**Training Management Services (TMS) Administrator**
**About the Role**
Join our team as a key contributor to the Training Management Services (TMS) team in Malaysia. We are looking for an experienced administrator with advanced Excel skills and a strong ability in reporting to support the seamless delivery of our services to clients in maritime, oil and gas, renewable energy, and industrial sectors.

**Your Role**
As a TMS Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of TMS. Your expertise in Excel and reporting, coupled with your administrative precision, will directly contribute to client satisfaction and operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform key administrative tasks including registrations, data extraction, and quality control, ensuring high standards in service delivery.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data management, analysis, and visualization, creating detailed and insightful reports to support decision-making and improve service delivery.
- Generate and analyze regular reports, tracking key metrics related to training, compliance, and service efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all data is updated and aligned with service requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client needs and resolving any queries or issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to improve team efficiency and ensure a high level of service quality.
**What We Require**
- Diploma or degree in a related administrative discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex functions, pivot tables, data analysis, and data visualization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in creating, analyzing, and interpreting reports to support informed decision-making.
- Demonstrated expertise in administrative tasks, including database management, accurate recordkeeping, and comprehensive report generation.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a track record of effective communication, problem resolution, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage varied workloads, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Office365, with familiarity in database management systems considered an advantage.
