Executing and coordinating the full spectrum of employee training activities.
- Develop and plan the learning & development calendar and activities aligned with the company’s business priorities, operation needs and training gaps.
- Responsible in yearly training of all employees by identifying and assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
- Review the existing learning & development policies, learning programs & plan and training budget.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for all departments to assess employees’ skills, performance, and productivity, identify future development needs/skills gap and come out with the training plan.
- Responsible for handling all the administrative documentation of Learning & Development.
- Source, drive and maintain the delivery of in-house and external learning programs according to the needs of the stakeholders.
- Preparing training manuals for certain specific training i.e design, review, revise and editing final copy.
- Conduct internal training/workshops, including new hire onboarding orientation.
- Follow up and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them.
- Produce and maintain training records and information in the Training Management System.
- Set up training database - manage online learning resources, training videos, assessment, and e-Learning contents to be uploaded in Learning Management System.
- Application of HRDF training grants, submission of HRDF claims and any HRDF related documents shall be processed and kept in HRDF record files.
- Periodically audit the training process, incorporate feedback and make revisions.
- Analyse and review training feedback for any improvement on arranged learning session for employees.
- Guide the talent management programs to motivate and enhance the competency of employees.
- Involve in other HR Training projects as assigned by the immediate superior.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1-2 Years’ of working experience in Learning & Development, content development and delivery, workforce performance improvement initiatives.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to take this opportunities.
- Experience as a digital content creator is an added advantage.
- Experience as a field trainer, in-house trainer or related field is desirable.
- Able to facilitate training.

- Strong critical analysis, organizing and planning, report writing and presentation skills
- Able to work under pressure and with tight timelines.
- Excellent command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Good presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio, and video scripts is an added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,071.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
