**About the Role**:
Step into a pivotal role as the Operations Manager of a new beverage brand. In this dynamic position, you will build and lead a pioneer team, oversee recruiting, training, and the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Your responsibilities will also include guiding the research and development of innovative, health-oriented beverage products. **Key Responsibilities**:
You will set up, lead, mentor, and empower a team to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the outlet to deliver exceptional experiences and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:

- **Outlet Setup**:Oversee the setup of new outlets, ensuring each location aligns with our brand's standards and market positioning.
- **Team Building**:Recruit, hire, and train staff to create a high-performing team capable of delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- **SOP Development**:Draft and implement SOPs for all aspects of operations to standardize practices across all locations and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- **Menu Development**:Lead the R&D process for creating innovative, health-focused beverage options that resonate with our target audience.
- **Strategic Planning**:Develop business strategies to enhance profitability and brand loyalty, including marketing initiatives and community engagement.
- **Quality Control**: Establish and maintain high standards of quality and consistency in product offerings and customer experience.
- **Financial Oversight**: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to maximize the brand’s financial performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, like Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or other related disciplines
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in a similar executive role in the beverage or food service industry
- Experience in setting up new business outlets, with a keen understanding of operations and mall management
- Creative culinary skills, particularly in beverage development
- Able to communicate in Mandarin as you will deal with Taiwanese management team and counterparts
