Admin Customer Service Executive

**職位描述**
- 陳列室的銷售協調員並支援團隊成員完成客戶的訂單。_
- 週一至週五(上午 9 點至下午 6 點)_
**關鍵責任**
- 會見走進展廳的客戶(協助客戶選擇產品、在 ERP 系統中記錄銷售情況以及歸檔銀行收據和送貨單)
- 與企業客戶建立融洽的關係並維持良好的關係,了解其需求並提供專業的售前和售後服務,以開拓進一步的商機
- 處理每日打入的銷售電話查詢並支援銷售主管(記錄走進的新客戶並透過每週電子表格通知銷售主管)
- 填寫顧客刺繡所需的刺繡表格
- 產生銷售發票、報價單和裝箱單並幫助準備客戶訂單和包裝
- 陳列室陳列品的一般維護
- 檢查進貨/刺繡和庫存轉移
- 定期更新刺繡電子表格
**基本的**
- 優秀的溝通能力,包括英語書面和口頭表達能力。
- 具備另一種語言的口頭溝通能力者優先 能夠用英語進行清晰的書面溝通。
- 熟練使用 Microsoft Office 程式
