**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Service**
- Greet and assist customers with their printing needs, provide product recommendations and answering inquiries..
- Verify payments from customer and maintain accurate records of transactions.

**2. Google Reviews & Ratings**
- Politely request customers to leave reviews and ratings on Google Maps to help improve our online presence.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews professionally.

**3. Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with the printing team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Provide feedback to improve customer experience and shop operations.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess good attitude: Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently with less supervision.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, although relevant experience is preferred.
