**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technician to join our team. The Technician will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of health and wellness equipment, including massage chairs, treadmills, bikes, and slimming machines. This role also involves troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints, as well as installing programs for our vending machines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular maintenance and servicing of health and wellness equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment as needed.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess and resolve customer complaints related to equipment issues.
- Ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
- Provide detailed reports on equipment performance, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Liaise with the customer service team to ensure timely and effective communication with customers.
- Keep inventory of spare parts and tools required for servicing and repair work.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols during repairs and maintenance.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Technician, preferably in health and wellness or similar equipment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic tools.
- Good communication skills and customer service-oriented attitude
- Ability to travel to customer locations for on-site repairs.

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm

Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm

Plaza Impian Inanam, Lorong Plaza Impian Inanam, 88450, Kota Kinabalu Sabah

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
