Education background in Accounting and experienced as cost controller is an added advantage.
- To control and monitor project cost.
- To record invoices and claims from suppliers into project centre system for capturing the cost by Finance.
- Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects.
- Prepare WBS for new project awarded with entering the budgeted cost, sold price of contract and project margin.
- Plan and prepare of customer billing for the project execution to maintain positive cash flow and avoid any delay project due to insufficient cash.
- Create Service Entry (SE) in SUS Portal to allow finance department to generate e-invoice and receive payment from customer.
- To prepare monthly movement report on activities on cost consumption to forecast revenue (10B revenue).
- Preparing project closing report for completed project by focus on capturing financial aspects such as final billing, payments, revenue, margins, and cost savings.
- Preparing Retention Report/ tracking for monthly basis and unbilled aging monitoring.
- Follow up on the issuance by tracking insurance premiums, payment slips, and the final insurance policies to ensure all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assists on preparing monthly Balanced Scorecard
- Assists on preparing monthly Project Review Report
- To assist in preparing annual Department Brainstorming paper and Business Plan by focusing in financial segment (forecast revenue and billing
- Responsible for ensuring that an organization's quality management system (QMS) meets the ISO 9001 standards.
- To assist and ensure data and information pertaining to risks being updated in the Tricor Radar system.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
