**Job Purpose**

The Health Operations Assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of clinic activities, with a primary focus on inventory management, medication dispensing, and general clinic support. This role supports the clinic’s daily operations, maintaining efficient workflows and contributing to excellent patient care.

**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage clinic inventory, including medication, medical supplies, and office supplies.
- Perform daily stock counts and ensure accurate records of stock-in and stock-out activities.
- Replenish inventory as needed and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
- Track expiration dates of medications and ensure proper disposal of expired items.

**Medication Dispensing**:

- Dispense medication prescribed by doctors accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper documentation for all medication dispensed.

**Clinic Operations Support**:

- Assist in maintaining the clinic’s cleanliness, ensuring all areas are well-kept and organized.
- Monitor and coordinate maintenance for clinic equipment and facilities.
- Support the procurement and restocking of office and clinic supplies.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records related to inventory and operations.
- Support the clinic’s administrative team with additional tasks as needed.

**Key Competencies**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mid Valley City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Inventory control: 1 year (preferred)
- Healthcare: 1 year (preferred)
