**Major Duties**:

- Place orders with suppliers or vendors, ensuring that all documents are in order, with terms and conditions clearly verified.
- Obtain quotations, issue POs, follow up on deliveries, and perform filing and data entry for all direct material purchasing documentation.
- Responsible for purchasing, sourcing, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers for the best price.
- Plan, direct, or coordinate activities involved in purchasing direct materials, products, services, and outsourcing.
- Check inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock of direct materials to meet requirements or customer orders.
- Generate monthly reports on direct material purchases.
- Ensure that products or materials meet FSC and PEFC Chain of Custody certification requirements.
- Assist the Logistics Executive with day-to-day coordination of import and export shipments, working with agents and the planning department.
- Communicate customer FSC or PEFC requirements to relevant suppliers/vendors and ensure these requirements are met with appropriate product or material certifications.
- Identify applicable environmental requirements as specified by the customer and communicate them to the EMR.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior or management.

**Qualifications**: Diploma and above

**Experiences**: At least 2 year working experience in relevant field.

**Skills**:

- Computer literacy.
- Understanding of supply chain procedures.
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
- Negotiation skills
- Hardworking & proactive.
- Meticulous to details.
- Eager to produce high standard of work.
- Readily accepts and promptly carries out instructions at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
