**Job Summary**

The Sales Advisor is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and achieving individual and team sales targets. This role involves building strong customer relationships, maintaining product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom or during field canvassing.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and promotions.
- **Sales Execution**:

- Achieve individual sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle benefits to customers.
- Prepare and process sales agreements, financing documents, and registration.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, features, and market trends.
- Stay informed about competitor offerings to address customer queries effectively.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up with leads and customers to close sales and ensure satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- **Operational Support**:

- Assist in showroom display and vehicle arrangement to create an attractive environment.
- Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and other marketing activities.
- Collaborate with other departments, including service and parts, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in automotive sales or a similar role is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **License**: Valid driving license is mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
