**Position**:
**Junior BA**: RM1600 - RM2000 + Commission

**Senior BA**:RM2000 - RM2800 + Commission

As a Beauty Advisor, you will inspire and assist our customers to be their best selves. You will create emotional connections and help customers discover our exceptional beauty selection.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in the beauty industry, particularly in skincare and makeup.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and trends.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Proven sales experience with the ability to meet sales targets.
- Willingness to work shift hours, including public holidays and weekends.

**Position: Sales Supervisor**

Basic Salary: RM2800 - RM3500 + Commission

As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead and inspire your team to help customers be their best selves. You will create connections and guide customers in discovering our exceptional beauty selection.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enforce merchandising rules, pricing, demonstrations, and product storage.
- Optimize sales performance and ensure the quality of the store.
- Oversee store operations and implement marketing animations.
- Share knowledge and actively participate in training.
- Manage inventory processes to minimize shrinkage and maintain organization

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to drive sales.
- Understanding of pricing, storage, and store layout.
- Dedication to excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with industry standards for hygiene, safety, and quality.
- Efficient inventory management skills.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
