**Compliance & Risk Management**

Develop and enforce compliance protocols, SOPs, and audit mechanisms across all retail outlets.

Monitor adherence to local labor laws, health & safety standards, and company policies.

Identify and manage business risks across operational, legal, and reputational dimensions.

**Monitoring, Reporting & Tracking**

Establish and manage performance dashboards for outlet-level compliance, sales KPIs, and operational standards.

Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure stores meet quality, process, and ethical standards.

Provide actionable insights to leadership based on outlet performance and risk exposure.

**Growth & Scalability**

Build and scale a compliance team capable of supporting a retail footprint growth from 20 to 50 outlets.

Design scalable processes and SOPs to be implemented across all new outlets.

Collaborate with expansion and project teams to ensure compliant setup of new locations.

**Collaboration & Strategic Input**

Partner with Operations, HR, Legal, and Finance to align compliance efforts with broader company goals.

Participate in strategic planning meetings related to expansion, revenue targets, and operational efficiency.

Recommend process improvements based on field findings, legal updates, and business needs.

**New Outlet Expansion Process**Pre-Opening Compliance & Documentation: Ensure new outlets meet legal requirements and secure approvals.Project Execution & SOP Compliance: Ensure construction, layout, and equipment installations align with brand standards and SOPs.Post-Launch Compliance Monitoring: Support smooth handover of new stores, monitor initial operations, and address compliance gaps.Risk Management & Continuous Improvement: Identify and mitigate risks, flag issues during planning or execution, and provide regular reports to senior management.

**Retail Compliance Leadership**

Lead the development and enforcement of retail compliance frameworks for outlet operations, including licensing, labor laws, health & safety, and brand SOPs.

Ensure compliance practices are scalable and embedded into the business model as outlets expand from 20 to 50+ locations.

Conduct periodic audits and reviews to assess compliance maturity across all stores.

**Risk Identification & Mitigation**

Identify key operational, legal, and reputational risks across existing and new outlets.

Implement preventive risk controls and incident response protocols.

Monitor compliance KPIs and develop risk dashboards for leadership oversight.

**Support Expansion Rollouts**

Serve as compliance gatekeeper for all new outlet openings—ensuring all legal, operational, and documentation standards are met prior to launch.

Collaborate with expansion teams to integrate compliance and risk protocols into location planning, construction, recruitment, and setup phases.

**Team Development & Training**

Hire, train, and mentor compliance officers or store auditors to manage field-level enforcement.

Design and lead training programs on SOPs, compliance policies, and risk awareness for outlet managers and staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
