Key Responsibilities:

- Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for ongoing and potential property development projects, considering factors such as market trends, financial risks, regulatory compliance, and external factors.
- Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans to minimize the impact of identified risks. Work closely with project teams to ensure risk reduction measures are effectively executed.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to property development and risk management in Malaysia.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate risk findings and recommendations to senior management, project stakeholders, and relevant teams, providing insights for informed decision-making.
- Risk Monitoring: Establish monitoring mechanisms to track and report on the progress of risk mitigation efforts. Continuously update risk assessments to reflect changing project dynamics.
- Insurance Management: Oversee the company's insurance policies and claims, ensuring appropriate coverage and timely resolution of claims.
- Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis management and business continuity plans to address unforeseen events that may impact project timelines and operations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of risk professionals, fostering a culture of risk awareness and accountability.

**Requirements**:
1. Must have at least 3 to 5 years experience in risk management.

2. Education: must be a Degree holder

3. Willing to work in Shah Alam

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
