Provide transaction risk management advice to the Management, identifying emerging risks, analyzing current risks, and assessing their potential impact on the Company.
- Manage the overall risk management processes of the business including the design and implementation of the process for effective identification and assessment of risks throughout the business.
- Overseeing transaction risk reporting to the board on risk management best practices and providing updates on enhancements and improvements made to the process, to mitigate the losses due to transaction fraud.
- Conduct regular updates and recommendations (in terms of policy and SOP) to Management on regulatory and IPS enhancements and /or identify operation risks from each department.
- Conduct regular training and development to build risk awareness among all employees and how risks can be effectively managed in the business.
- To work together with the CEO to lead the risk management team of the company and to ensure that the departmental risk registers are being registered and updated promptly.
- To assist in the renewal of Certification of PCI DSS.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance/accounting or professional certification in Risk Management.
- Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in a related field.
- Exhibit strong leadership, problem-solving, and time-management capabilities.
- Knowledge of card schemes, payment processes, and microloans will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with strategic thinking ability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
