1.Conduct credit risk checking such as defaulter check, COS, bankruptcy search, collateral, and counter evaluation, etc. 2.Maintain a comprehensive record of Risk Management Information. 3. Monitor and track risk issues and its action plans to closure. 4.Verify and validate the documents submitted by customer based on risk assessment criteria. 5.Analyst the potential risk for current and new process flow under the rental scheme. 6.Conduct internal investigation on related parties if they breached the company rules and regulations before submission to Legal & Compliance Department. 7.Ensure that risks taken in own areas of work are controlled within approved limits. 8.Support manager to continuously review processes identified and resolves gaps through constructive feedback and implement process improvements, where appropriate. 9.Implement and ensure compliance with the operational risk related framework, policies, and business 10. Support manager for the risk review and assessment on projects and company-wide business activities. Ensure sufficient depth of operational risk analysis and develop mechanisms for the tracking of the risks identified and continuously work closely with the stakeholders to identify opportunities to build, enhance and further optimize the existing operational risk management system/processes in supporting the overall company's strategies. 11. Perform administrative work on the rental ownership transfer within timeframe given. 12. Follow and enhance SOPs and KPIs by time to time 13. Report preparation that tailored to relevant audience.
