Sungai Buloh, Malaysia PRO-TEC GROUP Full time

(a) Daily checking of Stock Alert in MYOB system and issue Purchase Order.
(b) Request quotations and negotiate with local/oversea suppliers for favorable pricing.
(c) Purchased products, material or services from Approved Supplier List and ensure the quality of purchasing products.
(d) Monitor and closely follow up all purchase order are on-time delivery.
(e) Source new suppliers from various platforms for new product or alternative
(f) Block Stocks for Sales Orders received from customers and for purchase requisition note (PRN).
(g) To monitor minimum stock level for replenishment of stock and stock control
(h) Stock out for MYOB Stocks System when finished goods are delivered/ shipped out.
(i) Update Purchase KPI
(k) Request K1 for import, check the invoice for unit price, submit invoices for payment
(l) Key in stock variance and analysis. Submit for approval.
(m) Check outstanding orders from local & oversea supplies and to update delivery date.

**Required language(s): Mandarin(Priority), English.**

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
