Responsible for the daily live streaming operation of the host (including live streaming script, event planning, program writing, field control management, etc.).
- Responsible for the daily operation of the live account, instructing and training the host, and providing a full range of positioning and packaging for the account and the host.
- Responsible for the overall management of the live streaming, the operation of the background, the continuous monitoring of the live streaming effect and the timely detection of problems during the live streaming.
- Responsible for daily live stream data analysis and provide regular feedback of the latest information.
- Responsible for paying attention to the trends of the live broadcast industry, monitoring and analyzing the dynamics of competing products and propose corresponding countermeasures.
- Responsible for being familiar with the live platforms’ operation process and various rules.
- Responsible for recruiting, developing, deploying and capable hosts through various platforms

Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of working experience in live broadcast operation (shopee, lazada, tik tok)
- Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices
- Able to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or supports the company's target
- Able to recruit and train hosts, and have alternative hosts at any time
- Able to create the atmosphere of the live broadcast room, according to the product characteristics, product usage scenarios, brand tonality, activities, field control, the host's speaking skills, performance, etc., to create a high-conversion rate live broadcast room.
- Excellent data analysis skills, able to identify problems and provide solutions from data.
- Knowledge in photography and videography.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premier/ Pro & After Effect for Video Development also Photoshop & Illustrator for Visual Development.
