'¢ Act as interface between customer (Internal/External) and Opulent '¢ Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers' enquiry and follow up. '¢ Set realistic expectations, manage and resolve fulfillment related problems and provide support to customers ensuring a high level of satisfaction in any of the following area: a. Customer master records management b. Order management c. Contract management d. Billing management e. Supply management f. Inventory management g. Account Receivable management '¢ Maintain close relationship with existing key accounts to ensure continuing contract/services. '¢ Liaise with customer and internal functional departments on customer demands, pricing, engineering changes and new product introduction (NPI). '¢ Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales transactions. '¢ Continuous improvement in the ordering process in terms of quality and timeless. '¢ Handle general inquiries on orders and stocks availability, and others ad hoc matters. '¢ Prepares relevant reports and maintain customer files with up-to-date information, and to ensure timely submission of report. '¢ Assist in coordinating customer satisfaction surveys on a periodic basis and implements corrective actions. '¢ Manage NPI. '¢ Project management from Initiation & RFQ to delivery. '¢ Attend to all issues related to NPI project & communicate well internally & externally.
