**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage and maintain the company e-commerce website(s).
- Track and analyze company e-commerce website sales performance and provide regular internal reports.
- Plan and monitor company presence and promotion on social media.
- Review on inventory status for retail & online channels monthly.
- Manage e-commerce platform for PPI (Shopee, Lazada).
- Make sure product description is up-to-date.
- Ensure that sales are on track to enable retail and online sales target is achieved.
- Expand customer base and sales channels that does not overlap with the adoption and government sales channel (increase retail customers or online marketplace).
- Review and recommend titles from PPG that are suitable for retail and online markets from time to time.
- Review and provide feedback/inputs in the development of PPSB for titles suitable for retail and online market.
- To attend customer's inquiry, feedback, correspondent and complaint.
- Perform any related ad-hoc task from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum a Diploma or Degree in E-commerce/Business Admin/Marketing/Advertising or related field.
- 2 - 3 years in retail and online business/e-commerce.
- Familiar with online marketing and e-commerce platforms.
- Skillful in managing Excel worksheets.
- Professional, customer-oriented and adaptable.
- Professional working proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & English.
- Job type: Full time (Working in office).
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00AM to 5.30PM.
- Selected applicant will work in Wisma Pelangi, Bangi, Selangor.

**Experience**:
