**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end **Dynamics 365 CRM implementation** projects within banking environments.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
- Customize and configure the **Sales and Service modules** to align with business processes.
- Provide hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM development and integration with banking systems.
- Ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and compliant CRM solutions tailored to the banking domain.
- Facilitate user training sessions and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **Dynamics 365 CRM implementation** within the **banking industry**, particularly retail banking.
- Strong understanding of banking operations and processes.
- Expertise in the **Sales and Service modules** of Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of integration tools and techniques for connecting Dynamics 365 with other banking systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in the banking domain.
