We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Legal Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing legal processes, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring the compliance and legality of various agreements. **Responsibilities**:

- Proof-read, draft, and review contracts; negotiate both internally and externally.
- Raise contracts for approval in the legal system and liaise with internal lawyers at HQ & RHQ.
- Ensure contracts are legally binding through proper sign-off and stamping processes.
- Liaise with government bodies, local authorities, external lawyers, outsource vendors, internal managers, and building management.
- Raise internal approvals for administrative tasks.
- File and retrieve agreements and legal documentations efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Company Secretary and other departments on related secretarial documents.
- Handle KPDNKK Tribunal Claims with relevant authorities and departments.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Bachelor of Law from Local Universities or the UK.
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a para-legal in a law firm or in legal affairs in the private sector.
- Gender: Male/Female.
- Must possess own vehicle.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willingness to stay back to complete pending tasks.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
