**The Mission You Will Take on - What You Will Do**
- Negotiate, draft, and review agreements/contracts/terms of engagements/letter to authorities and other legal documents.
- Actively provide legal advice, opinion, and support to the company on corporate commercial matters, applicable laws, and regulations
- Collaborate and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external legal advisers across all levels of the organization
- Ensure timely provision of updates and work reports as necessary
- Assist in developing policies and procedures to guarantee adherence to legal compliance
- Prepare legal report and business proposal to Management.
- Assist with the administrative handling of legal documents and ad hoc tasks assigned

**What you will bring**
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or any related fields
- Possess high level of integrity, initiative, commitment and sense of urgency
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Sound knowledge of contract law, business law, and relevant legal regulations
- Excellent administrative, organizational and problem solving skills
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Age Requirement 22 to 28 years old
