**Customer Service Executive (Work From Home - Malaysian Tamil Speaker)**
**Company**: Raja’s Catering (Part of Alangkaar Group, Singapore)
**Location**: Remote - Malaysia
**Working Days**: 6 days per week (Tuesday Off)
**Working Hours**: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Singapore/Malaysia Time)
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle **customer service and order enquiries** via WhatsApp, phone, and online platforms.
- **Create quotations** accurately using Raja’s Catering templates and pricing sheets.
- **Convert confirmed orders into invoices** and ensure payment updates are correctly recorded.
- **Follow up on promotions**, seasonal campaigns, and repeat customers to increase sales.
- Coordinate closely with Singapore operations and finance teams.
- Maintain excellent customer communication in **Tamil and English** (Malay is a bonus).
**Requirements**:
- Malaysian citizen currently residing in Malaysia.
- Minimum **Bachelor’s degree** (any field; business, hospitality, or communications preferred).
- Strong written and spoken **Tamil and English**.
- Experience in **customer service, sales coordination, or catering/events industry** preferred.
- Proficient in WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic invoicing systems (Zoho Books or similar).
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.

Up to RM 500 per month based on accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction
