Job Function
Reporting directly to the Managers, the Personal Assistant to the managers provides executive, administrative, and secretarial support to them. The Personal Assistant assist the managers with developing, communicating and following up with the progress of strategic initiatives. The Personal Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the managers.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist to review board paper/reports.
- Review and follow up on responses for minutes and matters arising of Board meetings prior to manager’s final review.
- Effective administration, coordination and management of Agency monthly meetings.
- Assist to facilitate, coordinate the meeting papers, and follow up with respective clients on the Agenda / Matter Arising.
- Good Governance of documentations & records.
- Support the managers in establishing the standard strategy presentation template for business channels.
- Organize strategic review sessions between managers and Heads of Business Channels.
- Assist the manager in preparation of presentations required for internal meetings and events such as Board meetings, Townhall etc and external meetings and events such as conferences etc
- Active participation in reviewing approval requests and improvement of work processes.
- Act fairly and with integrity in dealings with customers, stakeholders and other Prudential’s employees.
- To assist the manager in other ad - hoc matters as required or as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduate from related discipline/field in Insurance/reinsurance or Financial industry.
- Degree; or professional qualification in related discipline
Office location at Radia Office, Bukit Jelutong Shah Alam
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
