Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Elmina Shah Alam, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Personal Assistant will provide executive-level administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing documents, and completing clerical tasks. The role entails effective communication, coordination, and ensuring the seamless execution of daily tasks to support the operational efficiency of executives.
Qualifications
Skilled in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in Diary Management and scheduling tasks
Strong Clerical Skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent productivity tools
Relevant work experience is highly desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1, RM3,200.00 per month
