Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, located in Shah Alam, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves daily support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules and diaries, organizing travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, and overseeing administrative tasks. Effective communication and the ability to handle confidential information are essential.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance
  • Experience in Diary Management and organizing Travel Arrangements
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Mandarin
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in using office software and scheduling tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit professionalism
  • Proactive and strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
