**Administrative & Organizational Support.**
- Manage calendars, diaries, and schedules, including booking meetings, appointments, and events.
- Serve as the liaison between the manager and internal teams, service providers, and external contacts.
- Take accurate notes, minutes, and dictation during meetings, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and physical) in line with company standards.
- Manage records, data, and documentation for easy accessibility and security.
- Handle requests and queries efficiently and appropriately.

**Travel & Event Coordination.**
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and speaking engagements.
- Ensure all agendas, venues, and materials are prepared for meetings.

**Office & Resource Management.**
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and inventory.
- Source and procure supplies and services as needed.
- Support general office administration and daily operations in alignment with company policies.

**General Support.**
- Assist with daily time and task management.
- Run errands and manage personal tasks for the Director as required.
- Support and assist with administrative functions across departments as needed.
- Provide comprehensive assistance to the Director’s matter organized and productive.
- Perform any other duties as assigned to support business operations.

**Personal Assistance & Life Management.**
- Assist with personal errands, appointments, and family-related logistics when requested.
- Liaise with household staff, vendors, and service providers discreetly and professionally.
- Manage gifts, reminders, and special events involving both professional and personal contacts.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess Bachelor Degree in any field.
- Proficiency is MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & Powepoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Possess excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia in both written and spoken
- Strong written and verbal communication skill.
- High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and integrity in handling confidential matters.
- Composed and effective under pressure, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Maintains a professional and presentable appearance at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
