**Position: Restaurant Manager**
**Salary**: RM2,500 - RM3,500 + Free Meal
**Working Hours**: Flexible split shift (11:00 AM - 2:00 PM & 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM / 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM & 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
**Working Days**: Monday - Sunday (1 day off between Monday to Wednesday)
**Location**: Gurun, Kedah

**Job Overview**

We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on **Restaurant Manager** to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent service, and maintain high-quality food standards. If you have strong leadership and organizational skills, this role is for you

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Daily Operations Management** - Supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- **Stock & Supplies Control** - Maintain sufficient raw material and equipment stock, overseeing purchasing when necessary.
- **Quality & Standards Monitoring** - Ensure food preparation follows company formulas and standards.
- **Staff Recruitment & Training** - Hire, train, and manage staff while fostering a positive work environment.
- **Performance & Development** - Monitor staff performance and provide training for skill enhancement.
- **Customer & Staff Relations** - Address complaints or concerns professionally and effectively.
- **Scheduling & Cleanliness** - Prepare staff rosters and ensure cleaning schedules are followed.
- **Sales & Financial Monitoring** - Analyze business records, track expenses, and prevent financial losses.
- **Operational Compliance** - Ensure all restaurant operations align with company standards.
- **Equipment Maintenance** - Oversee the proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment.
- **Reporting & Meetings** - Prepare financial, inventory, and staff reports and attend company meetings.
- **Team Coordination** - Foster a harmonious working environment among employees.
- **Other Duties** - Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
