**Key Responsibilities**
- **Training Needs & Planning**: Identify training gaps, develop annual plans, and coordinate with technical trainers to meet operational goals.
- **Delivery & Coordination**: Conduct internal training on manufacturing, quality, safety (5S, ISO), and equipment; manage onboarding, refresher, and external programs; liaise with providers.
- **Evaluation & Reporting**: Assess training effectiveness, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- **Digital Learning**: Support LMS/e-learning platforms, develop manuals, SOPs, and visual aids.
- **Continuous Improvement & Safety**: Deliver Lean/Kaizen-related training, align programs with HSE regulations, and support SOP/work instruction development.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in HR, Education, Industrial Engineering, or related.
- 2-4 years’ L&D or technical training experience (manufacturing preferred).
- Knowledge of HRD Corp processes, training grants, and manufacturing standards.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; LMS familiarity is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
