Yayasan Avisena adalah satu badan kebajikan (NGO) dibawah Avisena Healthcare. **RINGKASAN JAWATAN**: Membantu dalam penyelenggaraan operas harian, menguruskan dokumen, menyediakan laporan, mengendalikan urusan komunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan kakitangan hospital seta orang awam. Membantu dalam penyelenggaraan acara dan mesyuarat, serta melaksanakan arahan dan dasar yang ditetapkan oleh pengurusan. Bertanggungjawab untuk memastikan polisi dan prosedur diikuti dengan teliti dan melibatkan diri dalam pelbagai inisiatif yang diperlukan untuk peningkatan keseluruhan prestasi dan efisiensi Yayasan. **SKOP FUNGSI DAN BIDANG TUGAS** **1. Klinik Bergerak Sutera (KBS).** a. Terlibat dalam kerja asas penyediaan KBS seperti memastikan kebersihan KBS, barang-barang disposable mencukupi dan membuat pengiraan inventory di dalam KBS. b. Mengikuti aktiviti-aktiviti KBS, Business Development & Communications (BDC) dan bencana alam bila di perlukan. c. Menerima dan memproses tuntutan bayaran/bil seperti alatan/ barang medical yang rosak dan alatan pejabat yang kehabisan kepada bahagian kewangan d. Menguruskan elan sukarelawan. e. Menerima dan memproses tuntutan bayaran/bil seperti alatan/ barang medical yang rosak dan alatulis yang kehabisan kepada bahagian kewangan. **2. Memperbaharui Lesen.** a. Fotokopi sijil Perakuan Amalan Tahunan yang diperbaharui dari Orang Yang Bertanggungjawab (OYB) KBS dan failkan untuk rujukan. **3. Pengurusan Mesyuarat.** a. Memastikan segala keperluan bagi mesyuarat LA seperti kemudahan bilik, peralatan mesyuarat dan lain-lain telah ditempah dan diuruskan lebih awal supaya perjalanan mesyuarat berjalan dengan lancar. b. Membantu Pegawai Pentadbir Yayasan Avisena dalam membuat salinan yang mencukupi dan menyediakan fail untuk di edarkan kepada ahli LA dan pegawai-pegawai yang terlibat sebelum mesyuarat tahunan Yayasan Avisena dijalankan. c. Menguruskan surat-surat yang memerlukan tandatangan ahli LPA dan meletakkannya dalam fail tandatangan untuk tindakan selanjutnya. **4. Pentadbiran Pejabat** a. Menguruskan rekod dan maklumat b. Membantu dan menguruskan operasi kerja harian seperti pelupusan dokumen, membuat kerja-kerja fotokopi dan membuat surat menyurat. c. Memastikan proses keria memenuhi standard yang ditetapkan/ sistem kualiti. d. Menyediakan laporan perbelanjan petty cash untuk semakan Jabatan Kewangan HQ dan "recoupment" e. Menyediakan belanjawan tahunan untuk kelulusan ahli LPA **5. Tugas-Tugas Lain.** a. Menjalankan tugas-tugas lain seperti yang diarahkan dari masa ke masa. b.
