**Job Overview**:
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project teams, and implementing effective project management strategies in the construction industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Project Planning:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and specifications.

Team Leadership:

- Assemble and lead project teams, assigning responsibilities and providing guidance.
- Foster a collaborative and safety-conscious team environment.

Budget Management:

- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimation and tracking.
- Monitor and control project expenses to stay within budget constraints.

Scheduling:

- Develop and maintain project schedules, including critical milestones and deadlines.
- Monitor progress and implement adjustments to keep the project on track.

Contract Management:

- Oversee the preparation and negotiation of contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and terms.

Quality Control:

- Establish and enforce quality standards for construction activities.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Risk Management:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the construction project.
- Implement risk management strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns.

Permitting and Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and other regulatory requirements.
- Obtain necessary approvals from relevant authorities.

Client Communication:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between the construction company and the client.
- Provide regular updates on project status, addressing client concerns and inquiries.

Health and Safety:

- Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards on the construction site.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and audits.

Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and daily construction reports.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of project records.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, demonstrating successful completion of construction projects.
- Knowledge of construction management software and tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Understanding of construction industry regulations, codes, and best practices.
- PMP or relevant certifications are advantageous.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
