We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team and oversee our township development project in Sungai Petani.

Your tasks & responsibilities will be to :

  1. Attend and coordinate all site matters with various contractors, consultants and relevant authorities (technical or non-technical).

  2. Attend and monitor any defect of the completed housing / commercial units.

  3. Monitor, control and ensure Quality Control is carried out in order to achieve the required quality standards as per construction drawings and specifications by consultants.
  4. Monitor contractor's construction workers, materials and machineries of the entire site to endure timely completion of the project.
  5. Carry out Joint Inspection on incoming, in process and final inspection with consultant representatives in accordance with contract specification / drawings / inspection and test plan.
  6. Manage and coordinate project with consultants and contractors to ensure timely completion within budget whilst achieving the required quality standard.
  7. Monitor progress of the construction site to meet the targets of every stage of completion of the construction works such as billing stages.
  8. Ensure compliance with the requirements of safety standard guidelines of the relevant Acts, regulations, by-laws and other.
  9. Manage and ensure the proper handing over of vacant possession in relation to completed units to purchasers.
  10. Maintain proper record during defect liability period.
  11. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

To be eligible for this role, you will require :

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  2. Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in property development or construction, preferably in landed housing or township projects.
  3. Familiar with construction processes, infrastructure works, and building finishing for residential developments.
  4. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and MS Office application.
  5. Excellent communication and coordination skills with consultants, sub-contractors, and internal teams.
  6. Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision.
