We are seeking a talented and ambitious Engineer to join our dynamic team at Supercomal Medical Products Sdn Bhd. in Sungai Petani, Kedah. What you'll be doing

  1. Designing, developing, and optimising mechanical systems and components to meet production requirements
  2. Conducting tests and analyses to evaluate the performance and reliability of mechanical equipment
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve engineering challenges
  4. Providing technical support and guidance to production and maintenance staff
  5. Continuously researching and implementing new technologies and methodologies to improve operational efficiency
  6. Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
  7. Documenting and reporting on project progress, findings, and recommendations

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar engineering role, preferably within the medical devices or manufacturing industry
  3. Strong understanding of mechanical principles, design, and analysis
  4. Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools
  5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
  6. Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  7. Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
