Working hours:
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
Saturday 9am - 2pm
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and office supplies.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and coordinating appointments.
- Ensure office operations run smoothly by handling basic troubleshooting or coordinating with vendors.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
