Location: Kota Warisan, Sepang

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and proactive HR Assistant / Admin to support daily HR and administrative tasks. This role is suitable for someone organized, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and update staff attendance and leave records.
  • Check and reply to company emails and messages daily.
  • Support HR team in maintaining employee records and documentation.
  • Key in attendance and related data into the payroll system (SQL).
  • Assist Head of HR with administrative and HR-related matters as assigned.

Requirements

  • Malaysian, aged 20–24 years old.
  • Minimum SPM with relevant working experience, or Diploma in HR / Business / Administration.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Priority will be given to candidates with experience in HR assistance and payroll data handling.
