**Job Scope**

As a **Food Science Intern**, you will gain comprehensive exposure to the daily operations of a food manufacturing facility. You will work closely with the **Quality Control, Production, and R&D teams** to support key functions related to quality, process, and product innovation.

Your main responsibilities include:

- **Monitor daily production activities** to ensure compliance with product quality and safety standards.
- **Check and verify production formulas** to ensure accuracy and consistency with approved specifications.
- **Inspect and evaluate raw materials, in-process, and finished products** to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- **Participate in product development projects**, including formulation trials, sample preparation, and sensory evaluation.
- **Assist in implementing and maintaining food safety and quality systems** such as **HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and Halal**.
- **Support warehouse activities**, including monitoring of **raw material and finished goods inventory**, and ensuring proper storage and labelling.
- **Assist in documentation and record-keeping** for quality, production, and R&D processes.
- **Identify and report non-conformities**, and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain **cleanliness and hygiene** in production, QC, and warehouse areas according to food safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a **Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or a related field**.
- Strong interest in **food manufacturing, quality assurance, and product development**.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with good communication skills.
- Able to work both **independently and in a team** within a fast-paced production environment.
- Willing to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
